IUDEX is currently in pre-launch MVP stage, operating as a marketplace facilitator. The platform connects borrowers and lenders directly — IUDEX does not originate loans, hold user funds, or take positions on transactions.
IUDEX does not provide loans, extend credit, or make lending decisions. All loans on the platform are made by individual lenders to individual borrowers under terms they negotiate directly.
IUDEX provides the following infrastructure services:
IUDEX never holds, transmits, or has custody of user funds at any point in the loan process. All capital flows are handled exclusively through Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service provider regulated under applicable state and federal law.
Physical assets pledged as collateral are held in IUDEX custody for the duration of the loan. While in custody, assets are:
In the event of borrower default, IUDEX will coordinate liquidation of the collateral asset in accordance with the loan agreement and applicable law, with net proceeds remitted to the lender up to the outstanding loan balance.
IUDEX takes financial crime prevention seriously. As part of our onboarding process, we may collect identity verification information from borrowers and lenders. This information is used solely for compliance purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
IUDEX reserves the right to refuse service to any user or transaction that raises compliance concerns, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misrepresentation of asset ownership, or activity inconsistent with lawful use of the platform.
